We the Federal Employee Association, Government Employee Association do hereby endorse, support, join and commit to the efforts of the SaverAct.

The Federal Employee Association Savings Are Vital to Everyone's Retirement Educational Outreach to Federal and Postal Employees is modeled from Public Law PL 105-93 (H.R.1377). The intent of the legislation "is to advance the public's knowledge and understanding of retirement savings and its critical importance to the future well-being of American workers and their families". Whereas the public being employed by U.S. Government they are entitles to the full benefit of the law in it’s intent to provide lawful financial means to a successful retirement.

We will work to illustrate Federal and Postal Employees year by year, benefits and costs of their CSRS, FERS, Social Security, TSP and FEGLI which forms the foundation for their retirement planning and saving. We will encourage Federal and Postal Employees to maximize their contribution into TSP, starting early, letting their savings grow, and taking full advantage of the TSP options.

We will provide information on other potential sources of better economic security. These sources include,      Commodity Futures Trading Commission, Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Social Security Administration, U.S. Office of Personal Management, U.S. Department Of Health & Human Services, U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), U.S. Department of Treasury (IRS), U.S. General Service Administration, U.S. Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Insurance Company, Medicare, long-term care benefits, individual retirement accounts, personal assets, home equity, and other information.

We seek to present legislation under which U.S. Governmental Officials can offer The Federal Employee Association Savings Are Vital to Everyone's Retirement Educational Outreach to Federal and Postal Employees at their Worksite, giving them time to participate in retirement planning education. Our emphasis will be on the practical benefits to the Nation, the U.S. Government and all Federal and Postal Employees.

Program at the  Worksite a vital, permanent event in the lives of Federal and Postal Employees.
